Another American Nuclear Submarine Heads to the Indo-Pacific
Enjoy a cup of tea aboard a nuclear ballistic-missile submarine as it visits our Dear Allies on the shores of the Korean Peninsula.
Two days ago, the Presidents of the United States and South Korea gathered to celebrate 70 years of their countries' alliance. At face value, this appears to be a run-of-the-mill diplomatic photo-op, marked by a firm handshake and perhaps a celebratory cup of tea or two. However, the true nature of the gathering was far from benign. Rather than tea, the only "liquid" available to the two leaders was the saccharine and bloody milk that flows from the ever-flowing bosom of the military-industrial complex.
“Going forward, the United States will further enhance the regular visibility of strategic assets to the Korean Peninsula, as evidenced by the upcoming visit of a U.S. nuclear ballistic missile submarine to the ROK, and will expand and deepen coordination between our militaries.” - The White House, U.S.A., April 26th, 2023
Another US nuclear ballistic missile submarine deploys to the Indo-Pacific allegedly for the purpose of deterring ‘North Korean’ aggression. However a comparison of the area of responsibility of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command with that of North Korea raises serious questions. Considering the complete lack of North Korean attacks on the United States, could it be that the submarine is actually being deployed in reparation for a potential future conflict with China?
“A nuclear attack by North Korea against the United States or its allies and partners is unacceptable, and will result in the end of whatever regime were to take such an action.” - President Joe Biden
The US government pretends as if Kim Jong Un were sitting in his mother’s basement planning a nuclear holocaust and has no idea that an attack would be met with retaliation. Regardless of how North Korea governs it’s own population, The White House knows that North Korea is hardly a current threat to the United States, and they also know which countries do threaten the status quo (coincidentally close to the destination of the submarine). The White House’s claim that these actions are for defensive purposes seems disingenuous, to say the least.
