The US Government is Banking on the Ignorance of American Citizens and It Isn't Hard to Figure Out Why

If reports of biological weapon labs in Ukraine are Russian propaganda, the US and Ukrainian governments must be working for the Kremlin.

The US Dept. of State’s website prominently displays a lengthy bulletin aimed at ‘combating disinformation’ reportedly propagated by the Kremlin. The existence of programs and laboratories developing biological weapons are consistently and vehemently denied by the US government, and all claims to the contrary are labeled Russian propaganda. The following quote is taken directly from the Dept. of State,

“The Kremlin has recreated and promoted several fictitious narratives including some related to biological weapons.” - source

However, the above claim directly contradicts many of the government’s own sources, such as this project grant showing an award of over 1.6 million dollars from the Dept. of Defense to the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine for a transaction dubbed “RISK OF EMERGING INFECTIONS FROM INSECTIVOROUS BATS IN UKRAINE AND GEORGIA.” While that description may not immediately appear to be related to weapons development, further investigation into the project reveals a much less innocent operation. The following quote taken from an agreement relating to the project reveals the military background of some of the involved scientists.

“We hope that the Parties and the Board will support the proposed Partnership project P781 “Risk of Emerging Infections from Insectivorous Bats in Ukraine and Georgia”. . . “More than 5 % of the proposed participants are former weapons scientists.”

-Application to the STCU Governing Board for approval of Partner activity by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, United States of America.

An official Ukrainian document states the goal more clearly, stating that the project (P781) would be useful,

“for the evolution of bacterial and viral infectious diseases, early warning systems, and [the] health of people and animals around the world, as well as for the environment.” - source

In conclusion, assertions by the government that reports of these laboratories are simply examples of ‘disinformation’ is an insult to the intelligence of American population. Federal spending records, international contracts and agreements, and academic research initiatives all have the ability to expose the truth when examined in totality.

The decline of Western society, which began with the First World War, is no accident. Consider, if we had faced the Covid-19 pandemic in 1905, would the world have reacted the same way? An entire generation of children spent the first few years of their lives unable to see the smiles of strangers. They were deprived their right to an education. Victims of crimes were deprived of their right to safety while those accused were deprived of their right to a speedy trial. Would a virtuous and well-educated society have tolerated such injustice?

When the media and federal government insults your intelligence, don’t let them be correct to do so. The truth is out there. You are smart enough to understand it and it is absolutely worth the time and effort it takes to do so.
