This week saw yet another whistleblower railroaded by the US imperialist steam-engine. Joshua Adam Schulte, a former employee of the CIA subsidiary Center for Cyber Intelligence (CCI), was sentenced to 40 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release at only 35 years old.
He was found guilty of as many counts they could throw at him.1 Finally, in typical US federal government fashion, he was found guilty of receiving, possessing, and transporting child pornography. The fraudulent child porn strategy really is an amazing way to drive a nail in a coffin.
Schulte’s persecution is inherently tied to the Assange case, though it has received much less publicity. Without Schulte, Assange would never have been able to expose the truth that was so despicably hidden from the global public in order to defend and protect the internationally illegal and murderous actions of organizations within the US federal government and military. We are living in a time of unprecedented chaos and death. If Assange is a hero, then Schulte is a super-hero; I am resolute in my conviction that they are.
In the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City where Schulte is being unconstitutionally confined, he is mandated to wear ankle shakes and a belly chain during meetings with his attorneys. Throughout these sessions his hands must be locked in a steel box. If he is inclined to use the restroom, he must do so in a plastic bag. There is no justification for this. He has never even been accused of a violent crime. Please, be aware, this maltreatment is going on right now.
He is currently in solitary confinement without any ability to communicate with the outside world; he is forbidden to listen to the radio, make phone calls, watch Television, have visitors, or purchase items from commissary. He is never allowed to see the sun. In typical New York fashion, his concrete prison cell is infested with roaches and rats. He is intentionally deprived of sleep as a form of punishment. The sadistic torturers of Solzhenitsyn’s gulag would balk in astonishment at such conditions. At least, in the Soviet Union, they’d give you a goddamn cigarette.
The cage Schulte suffers in tonight is cold. His attorneys explain this factor in detail, “Currently, Mr. Schulte wears 4 sets of clothing, 5 sets of socks, a sweatshirt and sweatpants, two blankets, 3 sets of socks on his hands, and still freezes when the temperature in his cell plummets below freezing and water literally freezes in his cell.”
He is not even allowed a Bible.
The government can condemn him til the cows come home - but what they can’t do, not for one second, is explain how any of Schulte’s actions directly led to the injury or death of any person whatsoever. He embarrassed them. They well ought to be embarrassed.
That said, the government will get away with all of the above, as originally intended and codified within the US constitution, which was drafted to restore the tyrannical powers to a group of men within the government that felt the restriction of their powers following the Articles of Confederation. The disgusting violation of human dignity that is Joshua Schulte’s imprisonment is a tried and true part of the red, white, and blue. God, bless and have mercy on our souls.
This document relates the FBI’s first interview with Schulte, and the transcript, which begs of an innocent and decent man, makes his current conditions all the more despicable. It reads, and I’m not exaggerating, like an arrest story from Nazi occupied Germany. The narrative, despite being written by his persecutors, makes Schulte all the more respectable. When asked by the special agents if he was guilty, he replied with a courage so rare it is worth more than gold, “No traitors ever came from Texas.” He’s right about that, and everything else. He was right about the facts that came from Wikileaks Vault 7 and Vault 8 projects, which revealed illegal surveillance and trespasses by the US government against its own citizens, in violation of the very essence this country was supposed to have been founded on.
Schulte has not once relented; perhaps, if he had groveled like a degenerate goblin, betraying his own constitution, he would have better prison conditions. But he hasn’t done that. He knows he shouldn’t be there in the first place. The more the documents of this case are reviewed, the more impressive Mr. Schulte and his legal team become. For example, in a motion filed to suppress illegally contained evidence, the motion is signed not with a standard prisoner number, but as “Slave #79471054.”
It would be easy for me to ramble on about this case, and quite frankly, it wouldn’t be rambling. The only thing I can reasonably do is to recommend any and all of my readers to view the court documents yourselves. They contain a depraved treasury of injustice that, if properly exposed, have the ability to alter the even the most fervent patriot.
The documents have been personally preserved and uploaded to a proton drive, where they should be safe from government censorship: https://drive.proton.me/urls/H75PHRDXR4#FI3sX9fP0k9O
Please, read them. They are worth the time and effort. They are worth your life. Joshua Schulte’s lawyers have been doing a fantastic job, but they can’t do it alone. We must all do our part. We must all do everything we can to help Mr. Schulte. The United States is a country that claims to be the leader of the free world, but it is a nation that imprisons its heroes. I am not a hero, but I am a patriot.2 And while I wholeheartedly condemn the constitution, I praise the American Revolution and the Articles of Confederation with inveterate conviction; that Great men such as Schulte will not rot in prison, in conditions that testify to his captors profound indecency, unopposed.
I ascend to ask: Will we be silent in the face of iniquity? Will we allow our country to be led by cowards and murderers? Will we allow an infiltrated government that pretends to be our own to persecute a man who has risked his life, liberty, and most certainly his happiness to protect the American people and the rights that God has granted them? I don’t know. I don’t have the answer. I don’t know what can be done other than writing this story and saying his name at the bar when I drink and praying for the few men that the fathers of the revolution would be proud to call their sons.
I don’t know if I would have the courage to do what he did, and continues to do. But I do know that he has the courage to do it. I do know that there is a Higher Court than that of the corrupt US justice system. I do know that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak, and that this is a time to speak. I do know that the Lord will vindicate His people.
I love you all. Be safe. Amen.
Sincerely,
-M. Shultz
Contempt of court, making material false statements, illegal gathering and transmission of national defense information in connection with his theft and dissemination of the Stolen CIA Files, illegal transmission and attempted transmission of national defense information, unauthorized access to a computer to obtain classified information and information from a department or agency of the U.S. in connection with his theft of the Stolen CIA Files, and two counts of causing transmission of harmful computer commands in connection with his theft of the Stolen CIA Files, and receiving, possessing, and transporting child pornography.
The word patriot originates from ancient Greek, meaning “of one’s father.” While I refute all forms of nationalism as inherently fascist, I am of my Father, and it is Him alone whom I am indebted. The gift of life is not our own, and risking it for Truth is not an act of kindness but the fulfillment of an obligation.
